We are the company Relax Turizem d.d., a Slovenian provider of holidays in the Adriatic and the Mediterranean, and we focus on offering our own products. We also offer many trips that further complement our offer. We have established ourselves on the market as an ADRIATIC SPECIALIST with affordable prices and above-average quality. We are successfully satisfying the needs of our customers, so we have become the LARGEST SLOVENIAN HOLIDAY ORGANIZER, which annually takes over 180,000 Slovenian guests on holiday.
Welcome
The City Centre Lux business and residential building is located in Maribor in the Podravska region. It is located on Partizanska cesta in the city center. Fully equipped, above-standard housing units are rented out in a business-residential building.
All residential units include a high-quality double bed, leather sofa that serves as an extra bed, flat-screen satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and a private bathroom with shower, washing machine and hairdryer. All residential units also have wireless internet.
If you want to explore the surroundings, you can go cycling or on foot. We recommend cycling and walking paths along the Drava and in the city park next to the three ponds. The city center is less than a 5-minute walk away, and there is an easy hiking trail nearby with great views - the ascent to the Pyramid. In the summer months, you can also sign up for various activities on the Drava River. In winter, skiing on Pohorje is also possible nearby.
The City Centre Lux business and residential building has an excellent central location. Across the road from the building is the main train station, and only 100 m away is the main bus station. In the vicinity of the business-residential building, there are several smaller city bus stations with excellent connections throughout the city.
Near the building is also a large shopping center Europark Maribor. For shopping, we recommend a visit to the city center, where most of the shops, cafes, restaurants, museums and galleries are located. Depending on the date of the visit, you also have the opportunity to walk through the main Maribor organic market and the Castle Masters market, where they sell masterpieces of home crafts.
